About Northern Arts Kung Fu

Northern Arts Kung Fu teaches two systems of Chinese martial arts: Eagle Claw kung fu and Wu-style tai chi chuan. Eagle Claw is an external style of kung fu that focuses on joint locking, takedowns, and maneuverability combined with traditional northern kung fu striking, blocking, and kicking and jumping. Tai chi is a slow-moving art that combines movements and breathing as a meditation practice. Tai chi's main benefits are relaxation, and improved circulation, balance, and focus.
